Who We Are

Rachel Mallison- Executive Director

I am a Junior, Political Science major from Fort Worth, Texas. However, more importantly, I am the Executive Director of FREE for the 2012-2013 year. When I first found out about human trafficking, it was the end of my freshman year, the Lord got a hold of my heart, and I’ve never looked back since. Through serving as FREE’s Legislative Executive last year, to this year’s adventure of being the E.D. I have seen the Lord work in fantastic ways. FREE is a vessel that the Lord is choosing to use and it has been an amazing journey. I can’t wait to see what God does this year!

Ke Wallace- Awareness Executive for Event Planning

I am a junior, double majoring in International Studies as well as Russian. I enjoy photography, reading, soccer and anything outdoors. I have a worked at Pine Cove Christian camp for the past two summers and have a passion for children as well as orphanages. My life goal is to be able to work with orphanages in Russia. FREE has been a huge eye opener to me, and has honestly changed my views on the idea of trafficking and has raised my awareness to the issue at hand. I look forward to serving as the event planner and working to bring an end to sex trafficking, and speaking for those who are in captivity.          email: kester12@tamu.edu

Rebbecca Lux- Awareness Executive for Marketing

I am a junior double major in Communication and Psychology from Austin, Texas. I want to go into business, advertising, and film with that to help people become aware about sex trafficking here in America. I first learned about sex trafficking existing here in the United States at a conference in Spring of ’12 in Houston. Ever since that weekend, my life plans changed–forever, for the better, and for others. I want to help be a voice for the voiceless, but the thing is.. I can’t do it by myself. That is why we need YOUR help! The first step is learning WHO those people are; it’s becoming aware about how you might be unintentionally feeding the modern day slave industry. You don’t have to join FREE to help, because by simply Googling ‘sex trafficking in America’ for five minutes, you ARE helping.    email: beccalynn22@gmail.com

   Joanna Raines- Local Outreach Executive

I am a junior communication major and journalism minor. I serve as the outreach executive and have a huge heart for reaching the community of Bryan/College Station in the name of freedom! When I’m not working with FREE I enjoy doing life with my church, running, writing for The Battalion, and two-steppin’!

Morgan Sumlin- Non-local Outreach Executive

I am a junior Communication major—class of 2014! I have had a passion for human sex trafficking         ever since the Lord began to stir it in me my sophomore year of high school. I am extremely passionate about becoming a Christian counselor for young teenage girls, therefore I feel like this may be the direction to which He is calling me—working in safe homes around the nation and ministering to the brokenhearted.
